Gathering 2020 Regattagame presentation

After more than five years of existence and success, the Regattagame staff is planning a gathering of players on a weekend next spring, a kind of Big Day.

It would also introduce some players who have recently joined the RG train.

To carry out this friendly project we need some information from you knowing that:

The proposed date should be determined between:
The bridge of 1° May, the bridge of 8 May, the bridge of Ascension 22/24 May, the bridge of Pentecost 30 May/1° June. And this over 2 or 3 days.
Regattagame will pay a part of the costs of this meeting, a financial contribution will be requested and participation in the various tasks.

Spouses or companions will of course be welcome.

The meeting place should be located in the Rhône Alpes region.

We therefore ask you what date, or dates, would be suitable for you, we ask you for a reply by 4 November at the latest.
If you will come accompanied or not.

We need these informations to be accurate in our search and find the right size for hosting.
