I updated the winds forecasts download process on all races except the Marseille - Carthage Challenge today.

Here is how it works now (all times are UTC+1 during european winter time period):

Before 05h30 (or 17h30), the wind logo is green if the last download the evening of the day before (or the morning of the current day) was successful.
The wind logo is blue if the download wasn not succesful.

At 05h30 (or 17h30), and a few minutes later on some races, the download starts: the wind logo turns orange.

If the download is successful before 06h30 (or (18h30), the logo turns yellow but the last downloaded winds forecasts are not displayed on the game.

At 06h30 (or 18h30), if the download was successful before, the new downloaded winds forecasts are displayed on the game and the wind logo turns back to green.

At 06h30 (or 18h30), if the download is not yet successful, it goes on and the wind logo stay orange.
When the download is finally successful between 06h30 and 07h30 (or between 18h30 and 19h30), the last downloaded winds forecasts are displayed on the game and the wind logo turns back to green.

If the download is still not successful at 07h30 (or 19h30), the winds forecasts don't change on the interface. The game will shift all forecasts minus 12 hours. The wind logo turns blue. It will stay blue until the next download at 17h30 the same day (or at 05h30 the day after) where it will turn orange again.

Edit; the sails' names are not yet translated, it's a bit tricky to do, it will come soon.

Please report if you still see some french text.
