Please check the winds download procedure in the user manual.
Early in the morning (06h30 UTC+2 (summer) and +1 (winter)) and early in the evening (18h30), be sure that the wind logo switched form orange (or yellow) to green to know if the winds download procedure succeded.
From time to time, the NOAA encouters some troubles thus introducing some delays in the download procedure.
The NOAA has an user mailing list. Some troubles are known before they occur, and they are announced on this mailing list.
It happens that some unpredictible troubles occur. They are explained afterward on the mailing list.
This was the case this after noon: a minor fix was planned (and announced), but it turned out into a kind of bug, thus delaying the forecasts availability from 1 to 2 hours, leading to the winds shift on the Clipper Race and the Tonio's Race.
All messages of the mailing list are copied to a special thread in the french section of the forum. It's over there:
"Forum français" / "Le projet" / "Les vents" / "messages de la liste de diffusion de la NOAA"
NOAA messages are in english, so you should easily understand them.
Today's trouble is not yet solved, so be carefull and don't forget to check the wind logo !
