March 30 2017: +48h winds forecasts instead of +168h

Due to slow performances of the NOAA winds forecasts servers since a few days, the game now downloads only up to the +48 hours forecasts, instead of the +168 hours before.

We'll try to switch back to the +168 hours forecasts later.
