Quit Practice run on Carnaval race

For some reason I can't quit my practice run on leg 1 of the Carnival race. Now stuck in Dunkerque.

Don't panic, all boats will be set at the starting point 2 hours before the race starts.

If, for some reasons (different time zone or other) you would like your boat to be replaced at the starting point now, just ask here and we will do it

No problem, but I was just curious why it is possible to quit on other races and challenges and not on the Carnaval race. I thought it may have had something to do with the fact that I had crossed the finish line in Dunkerque whereby the game was frozen.

That's it: you can quit any race at any time before you cross the finish line, but can't after, this is why you can't quit the Caranval Race leg 1 now.
But this is only the training session before the real start, and everything is reset to zero 2 hours before the real start.

Same problem for me Frank, now I know never to cross a finish line when practiciing

I'll wait till tomorrow when they reset us at the starting point.
