Touch and go is still allowed at the gates.
For the Touch and go it was previously mandatory to wait the iteration minute before crossing the gate in the opposite direction. This is no longer required. You can now cross the gate back at any time even during an iteration (thanks to the scheduler).
Don't take care of the colour of the buoys. We are going to change these colours soon... but it is not so easy
